Every cap you purchase from GOATEX comes with a 1-year warranty. We’re committed to making sure our products last, and if any damage occurs within this period, we’re here to help.

What’s Covered

This 1-year warranty covers the cap only. It does not include other items such as accessories, packaging, or add-ons purchased alongside the cap.

Types of Damage Covered

  • Broken brim
  • Detached sticker
  • Peeling/detached PVC
  • Broken back clip
  • Loose or torn stitching
  • Other related damage from normal use

How to Claim Your Warranty

  1. Contact us through any of GOATEX’s official platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, or email).
  2. Let us know the damage your cap has.
  3. Send us photos of the damage for our review.
  4. We’ll ask you to arrange delivery of the cap to us for further inspection.
  5. Once the cap arrives, our team will assess whether it can be repaired.
  6. If the cap cannot be repaired, we’ll replace it with a brand new one.

Important Note

Shipping costs to send the cap to us are borne by the customer. This applies to shipping the cap for warranty inspection.
